Document Display
Uploaded documents appear in a list, sorted by upload date. The following information is shown for each document:- File name
- Upload date and time
- Applied skill — the skill selected from the Skill Catalog, if one was found
- Extracted fields — the number of fields extracted from this document out of the total available for this document type
Grouping and Reviewing Documents
Click Group documents to sort documents by their applied skill. This is useful when you need to bring together documents of the same type for review. Each document displays its extracted key fields, as defined by the settings of the applied skill. Documents whose type could not be detected are grouped under Unknown Documents. To open a document in the Manual Review window, click the review link next to it. To review multiple documents at once, select them and click Review Result on the toolbar or Review Document in the Actions pane. This opens all selected documents in the same Manual Review window. For more information, see Manual Review client. If you find during review that a skill needs adjustment, you can duplicate it and modify the copy to suit your needs.Handling Upload Failures
Documents that fail to upload — for example, due to an unsupported file format or a lost connection — are highlighted in red. To retry, click Reload next to the document, or click the More options button beside the upload date and select Reload from the menu.Deleting Documents
To delete a document or group, do one of the following:- Click the More options button next to the document or group and select Delete or Delete Documents from the menu.
- Select one or more documents or groups using the checkboxes, then click Delete on the toolbar.
