Navigates to the next opened document.

Despeckle

Despeckles the image.

Invert

Inverts the image.

Flip Horizontally

Flips the image horizontally (relative to the vertical axis).

Flip Vertically

Flips the image vertically (relative to the horizontal axis).

Rotate 90° Clockwise

Rotates the image 90° clockwise.

Rotate 90° Counterclockwise

Rotates the image 90° counterclockwise.

Rotate 180°

Rotates the image 180°.

Change Resolution…

Changes the resolution of the image.

Save As…

Saves the image with the specified name.

Select All

Selects all objects.

Find…

Finds specified text.

Note: In batch view, the text of all the columns is searched. In document view, the document fields is searched.

Find Next

Finds the next text that was previously specified.

Go To

Next Document

Goes to the next document in the batch.

Previous Document

Goes to the previous document in the batch.

Next Confirmed Field

Navigates to the next confirmed field.
Note: This command is available only if the Go to Uncertain Field on Confirmation option is enabled in the shortcut menu of the data form in the Document pane.

Previous Confirmed Field

Navigates to the previous confirmed field.

Working Batches

Opens the list of batches.

Queues

Opens the list of queues.

Details

Shows the documents and their pages as a detailed list.

Thumbnails

Shows document images as thumbnails.

Choose Columns…

Allows configuring the list of columns displayed in the detailed view mode.

Thumbnail options

Lets you show or hide error notifications and values of key fields in the Thumbnails view. Error messages are displayed beneath the name of the Document Definition, and values of key fields are displayed beneath the thumbnail and the section name.

Document Editor

Image Mode

Enables the document image viewing mode.

Data Mode

Enables the recognized data viewing mode.

Image Window

Allows positioning the image in the document window.

Errors Window

Allows selecting the location of the Errors pane in the Document pane and the types of errors to display in the list.

Image Scale

Allows selecting a suitable field image scale.

Data Text Scale

Allows selecting the font size used when displaying recognized data.

Show Toolbar

Shows/hides the toolbar in the document window. This toolbar allows correcting some of the matching errors, for example, you can add the field that wasn’t found, and add or delete a table separator. This is mainly used when working with FlexiLayouts.

Show error message for active field

Changes the way errors are displayed for the current field.

Show Image in Black and White

Shows color and gray images in black and white.

Arrange Pages Vertically

Arranges the pages in the image window vertically.

Go to

Navigates to the previous or next opened document.

Go to Original Field

Navigates to the referenced field when working with a link to an existing field on the document form.

Thumbnails Size

Allows selecting the size of page thumbnails.

Toolbars

Shows/hides the toolbars.

Show Task Comment

Shows comments to the task.

Status Bar

Shows/hides the status bar.

Full Screen

Switches to full screen mode.

Refresh

Refreshes the information displayed.

Get Task

Gets a task from the selected queue.

Get Entire Batch

If the Operator is assigned the role whose access permissions allow editing batches, then in the batches view mode, the Operator can edit an opened batch. The command is available if at least one document of the batch belongs to the task. If all document belong to the same task, opens this task. If the documents belong to different tasks, creates a task for the batch in the Exceptions stage.

Close Task

Closes the current task and returns it to the Application Server as completed.

Reject Task

Rejects the current task and returns it to the Application Server.

Postpone Task…

Postpones the current task for later processing.

Send to

Exceptions…

Sends the current task to the Exceptions stage.

Rescanning…

Sends the current task to the Rescanning stage.

Stage…

Sends the current task to a selected stage. Sending documents to stages other than Exception and Rescanning is available for the Senior Verification Operator role type only.

Send tasks to…

Sends multiple tasks to a particular processing stage.

Mark Documents for Sending to

Exception…

Marks selected documents for sending to the Exceptions stage. When you close the task, marked documents will be sent to the stage.

Rescanning…

Marks selected documents for sending to the Rescanning stage. When you close the task, marked documents will be sent to the stage.

Stage…

Marks selected documents for sending to a selected stage. When you close the task, marked documents will be sent to the stage. Sending documents to stages other than Exception and Rescanning is available for the Senior Verification Operator role type only.

Add to Marked Documents…

Adds selected documents to already marked documents. In the dialog box that opens, select a desired stage from the list of earlier selected stages.

Clear Sending Mark

Deletes selected documents from the list of document marked for sending.

View Marked Documents…

Opens the Sending Marks dialog box where you can view the list of marks, delete a mark or change its comment.

Automatic Task Receive

Enables/disables automatic task receiving.

View Queue

Opens the selected queue.

Task Properties…

Opens the Task Properties dialog box where you can view the task details: task ID, creation time, priority, etc.

Analyze

Analyzes the pages of the documents and finds a suitable Document Definition.

Match Document Definition…

Matches the selected Document Definition to the selected document or page.

Recognize

Starts the recognition.

Clear Analysis Results

Clears the results of the automatic document assembly and Document Definition matching.

Note: If the Bound option is selected, the document will not be disassembled.

Update to Latest Version

Applies the project changes to the currently processed document.

Reanalyze

Re-analyzes the documents.

Rerecognize

Re-recognizes the documents.

Refresh Assembly

Re-assembles the pages into documents.

Recheck Rules

Re-checks rules.

Check Batch Integrity

Checks batch integrity.

Change Document Priority

Allows you to change the priority of currently processed documents. Possible values:

• Lowest,
• Low,
• Normal,
• High,
• Highest,
• Extra-High.

Change Batch Priority

Allows selecting batch priority.

Change Batch Type…

Changes the batch type.

Options…

Opens the Options dialog box, where you can configure different properties such as background task processing, window view, and other.
