Die Qualität der Datenerfassung kann durch das Training von ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud verbessert werden. In einem Dokumentstrom mit Dokumenten desselben Typs können einige atypische Dokumente Feldpositionen aufweisen, die von denen eines Standarddokuments abweichen. Wenn die Anwendung Felder in solchen Dokumenten nicht zuverlässig erkennen kann, kann der Benutzer die korrekten Feldpositionen angeben, und das Programm „lernt“, diese Felder zu erkennen. Wenn ein Datensatz mit Geschäftsbereichen und Lieferanten mit Ihrer Anwendung verbunden ist, trainiert ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices Cloud das Erfassungsmodell standardmäßig nach der Verifizierung der Daten. Wenn Sie das Erfassungsmodell manuell trainieren möchten, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:
  1. Führen Sie eine Dokumentverarbeitungsaufgabe aus und verifizieren Sie die Ergebnisse. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in den Abschnitten Extraktion der wichtigsten Rechnungsfelder und Verifizierung der extrahierten Daten.
  2. Nachdem der Status der Aufgabe in Done gewechselt ist, rufen Sie das Datenlayout mit der Methode Training.Layout ab.
