Cursor position during field verification
Set the cursor position during field verification in the Field Verifier window: jump to the first uncertain character or select the whole field for retyping.
You can customize where the cursor is placed during field verification.
In the Field Verifier window, select Tools → Options, and then open the Field Verification tab.
By default, the cursor is placed at the first character of a field. To place it at the first uncertain character instead, select the Set cursor to the first uncertain character option.
To retype the entire field, select the Select whole field option. This disables the Set cursor to the first uncertain character option.
