- Personal information. Contains the name, email address, and login of the current user. Click the
button to edit your personal information or change your password. - Available web stations. Displays the web stations you can access. To open a station, click its name.
- Requests. Lets you request access to one or more web stations from the administrator, and shows lists of active and processed requests. To request access, click the
icon and specify the stations you need. Add any information the administrator might find helpful (for example, the name of your department). - Downloads. Contains a download link to install the Scanning Station. Click Install to install the station on your computer.
To find out the current version of a web station and the server, click the ABBYY logo in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Web Capture Station
The ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Capture Station lets users scan and add documents from files, process uploaded document images, send document batches for recognition, verify extracted data and correct errors, and export processed batches to an external system. The Web Capture Station is accessible to an Administrator and a Web Capture Operator. Only the Web Capture Operator can perform the document processing scenario. For more information, see User roles. The Web Capture Station works over the Internet. You can connect using Basic authentication or the FlexiCapture Authentication Module. To log in to the station, use the linkhttps://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Capture, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed. Web Verification Station
The Web Verification Station is used to verify recognized data remotely, process problem batches and documents, check document assembly errors, check rules, and ensure batch integrity. Web Verification Station Operators can have the Verification Operator and Senior Verification Operator roles. Depending on the role the Operator selects when logging in, they see and can process tasks from different queues. For more information, see User roles. To access the Web Verification Station, you need an Internet connection. You can use basic authentication or authenticate with the FlexiCapture Authentication Module.
