Each FlexiCapture user has access to his/her personal page, which is divided into the following sections:

Personal information. This section contains the name, e-mail address, and login of the current user. Click the
if you want to edit your personal information or change your password.

Available web stations. This section displays the web stations that are accessible to you. To open a station, click its name.

Requests. In this section, you can request access to one or more web stations from the administrator. You can also see lists of active and processed requests. To request access to a web station, click the
icon and specify which station or stations you need to access. Provide any additional information that you think the administrator will find helpful (e.g. the name of your department).

Downloads. This section contains a download link that allows you to install the Scanning Station. Clicking the Install button will install the station on your computer.

The ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Capture Station allows users to scan and add documents from files, process uploaded document images, send document batches for recognition, verify extracted data and correct errors, and export processed document batches to an external system.The Web Capture Station is accessible by an Administrator and a Web Capture Operator. The document processing scenario can be performed only by the Web Capture Operator. For more information, please see the User roles section.The Web Capture Station works over the Internet. To connect to the station, either Basic authentication or authentication by means of the FlexiCapture Authentication Module can be used. To log in to the station, use the link https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Capture, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed. The Web Verification Station is intended for remote verification of recognized data, processing problem batches and documents, checking document assembly errors, checking rules, and ensuring batch integrity.Web Verification Station Operators can have roles of the following types: Verification Operator, and Senior Verification Operator. Depending on which role the Operator selected when logging in to the station, they see and can process tasks from different queues.
