The login page is located at If you are a new user, click the Registration link to go to the Registration page, where you will need to enter the data required for creating a user account.If you are a tenant user, click the Log In to Tenant link to go to the tenant login page.If you need to change the interface language, hover the mouse pointer over the name of the current language in the top right corner and then select the language from the drop-down list.
https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Login, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed.If you are already registered in the system, enter your user name and password in the corresponding fields and click the LOG IN button to go to your Personal page.If you attempt to authenticate with invalid credentials more than 3 consecutive times, your account will be locked out for 30 minutes. Neither you nor an administrator will be able to unlock your locked-out account during this time.
To find out the current version of the web station and the server, click the ABBYY logo in the bottom right corner of the page.
Log in to the station
When you connect to the ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Capture Station, the login page is displayed. To log in, you need a user name and a password.Depending on how FlexiCapture is set up, you can do one of the following:- Get a user name and password from the Administrator (for example, by email).
- Create a new account using the registration form, located under the Registration link (if it is displayed on the login page), and send a permission request to the Administrator.
Before you start working with the station, make sure that all the necessary software is installed and set up correctly. When you first log in to the station, the ABBYY Scanning Plugin is installed, which can take some time.
Log in with a Windows account
Web Capture Station Operators can log in to the web station using their Windows accounts. This authentication method is available to local users of a computer and users in the same domain as the computer.To log in with your Windows account, enter the address of the web station in the following format:https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Capture/WinAuth, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer on which the Application Server is installed.Web station addresses are not case-sensitive.

Once you are logged in, select a project from the list of available projects. The name of the selected project is displayed at the top of the page.The top section of the page displays:- The name of the project within which documents are being processed.
