After a batch is created and submitted for recognition, an Operator is directed to the page with the list of batches. At the top of the page is a pane for creating a new batch. To hide it, click the Hide link in the top-right corner. To reopen the pane, click the Create new batch button Create new batch button.

Customize the batch list display

An Operator can configure several batch list display settings:
  • To add or remove columns, click the Column settings button icon in the top-right corner of the table.
  • To change a column width, point to the column edge in the table heading and drag it while holding the left mouse button.
  • To fit a column width to its content, point to the column edge in the table heading and double-click the left mouse button.
  • To sort the list by a column, click the column header.

Filter the batch list

Batches in the list are filtered by batch type and creation time. To apply this filter, select the required parameters from the drop-down lists in the Show: block. An Operator can also filter batches by processing stage. Use one of the following tabs:
  • All batches displays all batches in the project.
  • At scanning stage displays only the batches currently at the scanning stage.
  • Require verification displays only the batches that require verification.
  • Processed displays only batches with the Processed status.
The number of batches is displayed to the right of the name of each tab.

Batch list toolbar actions

Handle a batch list using the toolbar located above it.

Recognize or verify batches

The following actions are available from the list of batches:
  • Batches at the Scanning stage: to send a scanned batch to the server for recognition, select the batch from the list and click Recognize on the toolbar.
An error sign before the stage name indicates that the batch does not contain images, or a mandatory registration parameter is not specified. Such batches cannot be sent to the server.
  • Batches at the Require verification and Exceptions stages: to verify the recognized documents of the batch, select the batch from the list and click Verify on the toolbar.
You can also click these buttons in the far-right column of the table.

Search for a batch

1

Open the search

Click the search icon Search button on the toolbar.
2

Choose a search type

Select one of the following from the drop-down list:
  • Search by name to search by the batch name.
  • Search by reg. param to search by the name and value of a registration parameter.
The system searches for the batch automatically.

Delete batches

To delete one or more batches, select them in the list and click the delete icon Delete button on the toolbar. An Operator can cancel the deletion of a single batch. Use the Undo command right after you delete the batch. The Restore all command restores all batches that were deleted one by one during the same session.
You cannot restore data if you delete several batches at once.
