Customizing a batch list
An Operator can configure some batch list display parameters by themselves, for example:
- To add or delete columns in the batch list, use the
icon at the top-right corner of the table. - To change the width of a column, move your mouse pointer to the edge of the column in the table heading and set the necessary width by holding the left mouse button.
- To distribute columns by their content, move your mouse to the edge of the column in the table heading and double-click the left button.
- To sort the list by the contents of one of the columns, click the left mouse button in the column header.
Filtering a batch list
Batches in the list are filtered by batch types and time of creation. To apply this filter, select required parameters from drop-down lists in the Show: block. An Operator may also filter batches by processing stages. To do this, use the following tabs:- All batches. To display all batches in the project.
- At scanning stage. To display only those batches that are currently at the scanning stage.
- Require verification . To display only those batches that require verification.
- Processed. To display only batches with the Processed status.

What you can do with batches
The following actions with batches are available from the list of batches:
- Batches at the Scanning stage: to send a scanned batch to the server for recognition, select the batch from the list and click Recognize on the toolbar.
Note: An error sign before the name of the stage indicates that the batch does not contain images and/or a mandatory registration parameter is not specified. These batches cannot be sent to the server. - Batches at the Require verification and Exceptions stages: to verify recognized documents of the batch, select the batch from the list and click Verify on the toolbar.

To find the required batch in the list, click the search icon
on the toolbar. Select one of the following from the drop-down list:
- Search by name to search using the name of the batch,
- Search by reg. param to search using the name and value of the registration parameter.
Deleting batches
Deleting batches
To delete one or more batches, select them in the list and click
on the toolbar.An Operator can cancel deletion of one batch. To do this, use the Undo command right after you delete the batch. The Restore all command allows you to restore all batches that were deleted one by one during one session.Note: You cannot restore data if you delete several batches at once.
