What verification checks
When you create a Document Definition, you specify an assembly rule that defines the page order and the number of times each page can recur. You can also enable a check based on key field values: in this case, the key field values must be identical on all pages of the document. Pages are assembled into documents automatically during recognition. If any errors occur during automatic assembly, correct them at verification. If the program is not certain that some characters were recognized correctly, it marks them as uncertainly recognized. During verification, check these characters and correct them if necessary. Also check fields with rule errors (for example, the sum of recognized values does not match the value of the resultant field) and format errors (for example, the recognized value is not a date).Start verification

The batch also becomes available for selection on the pane that displays batches on the main page of the station. To start verification, either click the batch name in the list or click the Verify batch button.Verification usually starts with correcting document assembly errors on the thumbnails panel. Then you correct recognition and document filling errors in the document editor and on the data form.
