Tasks that are overdue or about to become overdue will be given to you ahead of the other tasks in their respective queue. The only exception to this rule are tasks with the extra-high priority, which are processed ahead of the overdue batches.
It is recommended to process postponed tasks first, as they are not available to other Operators. If the Operator who postponed a task does not process it for a long time, this will slow down processing of the whole batch.

Additional actions available to the Senior Verification Operator role
- If you have the role of Senior Verification Operator, you can open the list of batches if you need to process a particular batch (send it to a processing stage, change its priority, etc). To go to the batch list, click the corresponding link at the top of the web station page. On the page that opens, choose a batch from the list and perform required actions on it.
- If you have the role of Senior Verification Operator, you can choose a particular task from a queue that contains multiple tasks. To choose a task, switch to the queue view by clicking the corresponding link in the queue window view. The queue view that opens contains the list of tasks and their properties. You can choose a task from the queue based on the task comment, the name of the batch associated with the task or task identifier. To start processing the selected task, click on the link with its identifier. Clicking on the link Get any task opens a task with the highest priorities (in the case of equal priorities, the order is determined by the presence of personal tasks and creation data).
- If you have the role of Senior Verification Operator, you can filter tasks by registration parameters. On the Project Setup Station, additional registration parameters can be specified for each batch (Batch Type Properties > Parameters). After that, several of them can be selected on the Web Verification Station to be displayed in the batch properties in order to filter the tasks in the queue.
You can switch to the queue view by clucking the corresponding link in the queue window view on the Web Verification Station.
Select your added registration parameters by doing the following:
- Click the
icon in the table header.
2. In the lower half of the drop-down list, select Add registration parameter.
3. Specify the name of the appropriate parameter in the field. This will bring up the parameter in the drop-down list and in a separate column in the batch properties table.
Note: You can select up to three additional parameters. To remove an added parameter, click the
icon next to the parameter’s name in the drop-down list.
