Log in as a tenant user

Open the tenant login

On the system login page, click the Log In to Tenant link.

Enter the tenant name

Enter the name of a tenant and click Continue. The tenant login page opens at an address like https://<ApplicationServer>/FlexiCapture12/Login/<TenantName>, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer where the Application Server is installed and <TenantName> is the name of a tenant.

Sign in

Specify your user name and password and click Log in to go to the Personal page.
If you attempt to authenticate with invalid credentials more than 3 consecutive times, your account will be locked out for 30 minutes. Neither you nor an administrator will be able to unlock your locked-out account during this time.
