The documentation is still in development. The progress of task processing is displayed in the top right corner of the page during the data verification process. It indicates the percentage of processed characters in relation to the general number of uncertain characters in the task. You can perform the following actions by clicking links in the bottom of the page during the data verification process:
  • View Task properties in the bottom of the page. You can also open task comment by clicking the Show task comment pane.
  • Save changes on your working station. These changes will be unavailable when connecting to ABBYY FlexiCapture Data Verification Station from another computer.
  • Reject task. If a task is rejected, it is sent back to the queue. When you reject a task you can save your changes and publish them for other Operators or not save changes and discard them. When closing the browser, you are also prompted to reject the task. If you want to stop processing the task and not lose the changes, you can close the browser (not the particular tab) without rejecting the task, then launch the browser and request a task from the queue. The task with your changes will be returned to you.
If the session is ended by the Administrator, the task becomes available for all Operators and locally saved changes are lost.
  • Send task to Exceptions. If you encounter problems processing the task, you can send it into the exceptions stage for a Senior Verification Operator.
If access permissions to several queues in the processing stages are granted, tasks will be selected automatically by the system from all available queues.
