If only one role within one project is available to an Operator, the project and role selection page will not be displayed, and the Operator will be redirected to the job queue page upon log-on. All verification roles are available to users with the Administrator role.

Connecting and getting tasks
The documentation is still in development. A log-on page is displayed when you are trying to connect to ABBYY FlexiCapture Data Verification Station. You can select a desired language from the drop-down list in the top right corner of the page.
Enter the user name and the password received from the Administrator and click the Log on button. If you are connecting via LAN, you can use Windows authentication by clicking the Windows Authentication button. If the station can be accessed by a number of different roles, select your role from the drop-down list.
The name of the currently connected user is displayed in the top right corner of the page. Click the Log off link next to the user name if you need to log on under another user name.
Select a project from the list of available projects and your role within the project. If there is a list of batch types to select from, select your batch type from the list (you will be able to pick up only batches of this type from the data verification queue). The set of projects and roles accessible to you are determined by the Administrator. The following roles may be available to you: Data Verification Operator, Verification Operator, Senior Verification Operator, and custom verification roles. The name of the selected project is displayed in the top right corner of the page. To go back to project and role selection, click the Select project link next to the project name.
Once a project is selected, the total number of tasks is displayed. Click the Start Verification button or press Enter to get a task. If there are no tasks at the moment, the button name changes to Update.
