- Gather all the pages into one document, arranging them in the right order.
- Select the pages that belong to the same section.
- Right-click the selection and then click Group into Section on the shortcut menu.

Change the order of pages if necessary. To do this, select one or more pages to move, left-click on the page(s) with a mouse and move it to a desired place while holding the mouse button.
Note: If necessary, you can select several pages. To select multiple consecutive pages, select the first of them, press the Shift key, and then select the last page. You can select multiple non-consecutive pages with a mouse while holding down the Ctrl key. - If necessary, you can rotate the selected pages 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise or rotate them 180° using the corresponding shortcut menu commands.

To delete pages, select them and click
on the toolbar at the top of the page or select the Delete command from the shortcut menu.

To change the matched definition, select one or more documents using the selection fields to the left of the documents names, click
in the top toolbar and select a desired Document Definition from the list.

To change the definition of the document section matched on pages, select the pages and click
or use the corresponding shortcut menu command.
Note: To apply the changes, you must send the batch that contains the page to the re-recognition stage or re-recognize at the current stage. - If needed, a document can be recognized anew without creating a new task. A second recognition is required when modifying a Document Definition, resetting recognition results, or updating a Document Definition to the latest version. To recognize a document, do one of the following:
- Click Recognize on the data form.

Click the
button on the top toolbar.
- Select Recognize on the document’s shortcut menu.
- Select a document and press Ctrl+R.
- To merge documents, select them using the selection fields to the left of the document names and click
on the toolbar at the top of the page, or use the Merge command on the shortcut menu. - To split a document, click
to activate the split mode. Next, hover the mouse pointer over the space between the page thumbnails where you want to split the document. A separator will appear. To exit the split mode, click
again.

When processing a verification task, you may also need to send it to another processing stage, postpone or cancel the task, or get information about the task or the batch. To do this, use the buttons located in the right-hand section of the screen.You may need to send a task to another processing stage in the following cases:
button to complete processing the task.To continuously process document batches, flick on the Receive tasks automatically toggle in the task view:
- You cannot process the task yourself. In this case, click the
button to send the task to Exceptions. - You cannot perform verification because of the poor quality of the source images. In this case, send the task to the rescanning stage by clicking the
button. - The task must be processed at another stage. In this case, a senior verification operator can send the task to any processing stage he/she sees fit by clicking the
button.
- You cannot process the task at the current moment. In this case, postpone the task by clicking the
button. The postponed task will be available only to you. No other operators will be able to process it until the task is returned to the queue. To process a postponed task, go to the list of postponed tasks in the queue view. To return the task to the queue and make it available to other operators, take the task into processing and then click the Cancel task button. - You want to return the task to the queue and make it available to other operators. In this case, cancel the task by clicking the
button.

- If a queue contains tasks available to you, you will receive them after the current task is completed
- If you received the first task from the general queue by clicking Get any task, with the automatic mode enabled, the next task will be taken from the general queue
- If you received the first task from a specific queue, with the automatic mode enabled, the next task will be taken from the same queue
