The main paragraph properties can be viewed in the Paragraph properties dialog box (Text shortcut menu in editing mode > Paragraph properties).

General

Alignment — Aligns the text with the left border or right border, centers the text, or fits to page width.

Indentation

Before text — Sets left indentation. After text — Sets right indentation.

Spacing

Before — Sets the space before the paragraph. After — Sets the space after the paragraph. Line spacing — Changes the interval between text lines.
