You can change the color of some of the elements while leaving the other elements black and white.
You can set and change the color only for the following elements:
To change the color of some of the elements on the form:
  1. On the Layout tab of the Page Properties dialog box (Form → Page Properties…), change the form style to color form
  2. Change the color of the required elements to gray:
    • Select the required elements on the form
    • In the element Element Properties dialog box in the right down corner, click the Background tab
    • Clear the Same as form background box and click the Other field
    • Select a desired background color from the palette
Printing color forms is not recommended.
