You can combine fields into groups to present document structures clearly and to create recurring field groups. For example, a city, street, and building number can be combined into a Home Address group. You can then create an Office Address group by copying the Home Address field group.
1

Create the fields

Create the fields to include in the group.
2

Frame the fields

Select the field group tool and frame all the fields to include in the group with a rectangle.
The fields inside the rectangle are highlighted. Their names in the document structure are combined under the name of the field group. If the form has recurring field groups, you can create several instances of the same group after creating one. All field properties and rules set within the group apply to each instance. For more information, see Fields with several instances. You can also copy a field group, but copying creates a separate, independent group.
