In a Document Definition, you can set export settings for each picture. Right-click the field, select Properties, and then click the Export tab. You can set the following options:
  • File type – For the available formats, see Export file formats.
  • Quality – For TIFF, JPEG, and JPEG2000 files, select the quality of the resulting file, from best to low.
  • Color type – Color, grayscale, or black and white.
You can also set the resolution of the resulting picture. Select Change resolution to, and then either type the resolution or select it from the list. The name of the file the picture is saved to is formed automatically from the parameters you specify. To set these parameters, click Change and select the options in the File Naming Options dialog box. By default, the file name is the name of the field in the document structure.
