Standard recognition options
Select the checkmark type. This property is important for correct recognition.
In Auto mode, FlexiCapture determines whether a checkmark is selected by comparing the checkmark image in the document with the checkmark image on the form used to create the Document Definition. The checkmark area in the Document Definition must be specified accurately. Auto mode applies to both fixed descriptions and FlexiLayouts:
- Fixed descriptions: the checkmark on the form must remain blank. Selection is determined by comparing the checkmark area in the document with the checkmark area in the Document Definition.
- FlexiLayouts: the reference value is the amount of black in the checkmark area in the Document Definition. Selection is determined by comparing the percentage of black in the two areas.
