The Subscription section of the Skill Monitor service shows information about the tenant’s active subscription. The tenant administrator can view counters, remaining pages for each skill, and other subscription details.

Subscription Status

The Subscription Status tab contains an overview of the license’s main parameters:
  • Subscription type
  • Serial number
  • License expiration date

Skill Counters

The Skill Counters list contains the names of all counters included with the license and the number of pages counted by each:
  • Pages Left Until <renewal period end date> — or Pages Left for subscriptions without automatic renewal. Displays the number of available pages for each skill in the current subscription period.
  • Pages Licensed — the total number of pages available for each skill in the subscription period.
If the pages available for a specific skill have run out, users cannot create new transactions with that skill until the next renewal period.
To find a specific counter in the table, click the search icon next to the Skill Counters list and type a partial or full skill name.

Subscription Parameters

The Subscription Parameters list contains additional subscription options. Only one option is shown: whether Advanced Designer is available in the subscription. For detailed information about subscriptions and about how processed document pages are counted in ABBYY Vantage, see Subscriptions.
