The Overview section displays the following statistics for the available skills:
  • The Queue / Throughput column displays the number of transactions awaiting processing and the number of transactions processed by the skill within the last hour. A transaction is a unit for processing documents and document groups in Vantage. A list of actions resulting in the creation of a transaction:
    • Uploading documents on the Documents page
    • Uploading documents from a mobile device
    • Uploading documents using Try Skill
    • Creating a transaction via the Vantage API
    • Uploading documents from third-party systems using connectors
    • Uploading documents from an additional source set up in the Input activity block of a Process skill (an email folder or a shared folder)
    • Uploading documents in Skill Designer
Information displayed in the Queue / Throughput column demonstrates the current throughput of the system and can help identify any performance issues that require attention. For example, if the Queue value is 300 and Throughput is 0, meaning that transactions are being held up at one of the processing steps. This would need to be addressed by the system administrator.
  • The Estimated Manual Review Time column displays the estimated time required for the operators to manually review the documents (for skills with the Manual Review stage enabled).
  • The Quality STP Rate column displays the percentage of documents that were processed automatically, i.e. were not sent to manual review (for Process skills with the Manual Review stage enabled).
  • The Accuracy column displays the learning accuracy for Document skills and Classification skills.
  • The Processed Transactions column displays the total number of completed transactions processed by the skill.
You can use the Find name button to search for skills. You can also sort the skills by type using the filter at the top of the page. System administrators may use the above statistics to optimize the operation of the system. For example, a process owner may check the data in the Throughput column to see if the number of processed transactions meets the KPIs; a processing supervisor may compare the data in the Queue column with the data in the Throughput column to see if transactions get stuck at certain stages; or a manual review supervisor may check the information in the Estimated Manual Review Time column to see if more operators should be allocated to a particular skill. Import of documents from quick access folders can be enabled or disabled for Process skills. For more information, see Input Activity. This can only be done by the system administrator. To view document processing statistics for a specific skill, click its name in the table or navigate to the Transactions section using the bookmarks at the top of the screen. For more information, see Transactions Section.
