Edit a line separator - ABBYY Documentation

Change the properties of a line separator in the Element Properties window in the bottom right corner of the main window. The window is shown only when View → Element Properties is selected.

Element

Property	Description
Type	Line separator.
ID	A unique identifier of the element.

Position and size

Property	Description
Left	Sets the distance between the left edge of the form and the element.
Top	Sets the distance between the top edge of the form and the element.
Width	Sets the width of the line separator.
Height	Sets the height of the line separator.

Line

Property	Description
Width	Sets the line width (0.1–2.5 mm).
Style	Sets the line style: Dashes, Dots, or Solid.
Color	Selects the line color from the drop-down list (dropout forms) or the palette (color forms).

The range of available colors depends on the type of your form (black and white or color). On black and white forms, separators are black.
