The main properties of a form can be viewed in the Form Properties dialog box (Form → Form Properties…).

Author

The name of the person who created the form.

Status

Form status:

  • Draft, if changes are allowed on the form;
  • Published, if the form is read-only.

Date published

The date of publication of the form.

Form identifier

The value of the form identifier.

File

The path to the file containing the form.
