Local folder export - ABBYY Documentation

The service exports the data to CSV format and stores it at the ReportingDataPath specified in appsettings.json. The settings file is in the Reporting service data access installation folder. By default, this is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FlexiCapture12ReportingResults.

How the export is organized

The data for each tenant goes into a separate subfolder, so you can give each tenant access to only its own data. The export for each month goes into a zip archive. Each archive contains a subfolder for each table in the reporting database, and every subfolder holds a CSV file for each day plus a CSV file for the month as a whole. The archive contains one subfolder per reporting database table, so the EventLog and Document folders shown here are examples rather than the complete set.
