Select the Rectangle tool

On the Form Elements toolbar, select the Rectangle tool.

Draw the rectangle

Click in the form where you want the rectangle, hold down the left mouse button, drag diagonally, adjust the size, and release the mouse.
You can also create an element with a single click: after you select the tool, click in the form where you want the element. The default element size is used. To place several elements of the same type, hold down Ctrl and click repeatedly where you want them.
