Select the Identifier tool

On the Form Elements toolbar, select the Identifier tool.

Draw the identifier

Click in the form where you want the identifier element, hold down the left mouse button, and drag diagonally. When you release the mouse, the form identifier is placed in the top left corner of the rectangle.
You can also create an element with a single click: after you select the tool, click in the form where you want the element. The default element size is used. To place several elements of the same type, hold down Ctrl and click repeatedly where you want them.
