Edit an anchor - ABBYY Documentation

The Type, Size, and Line width (corners) properties apply to the whole form. Position and size are set per anchor. Change anchor properties in the Element Properties window in the bottom right corner of the main window, shown when View → Element Properties is selected.

Element

Property	Description
Type	Anchor.
ID	A unique identifier of the element.

Position and size

Property	Description
Left	Distance between the left edge of the form and the element.
Top	Distance between the top edge of the form and the element.
Width	Width of the anchor element.
Height	Height of the anchor element.

To change an anchor’s size, use the Anchor tab.

Anchor

Property	Description
Type	Selects the anchor type: Black square or Corner. A form can contain only one anchor type.
Size	Sets the anchor size: the length of each side of the black square or corner.
Line width	Sets the line width of the corner sides (corners only, 0.3–1 mm).
