  • Your full name
  • Your company name
  • Phone (fax, e-mail address)
  • The serial number of your copy of the program
  • The build number of your copy (this can be found out by selecting the Help item in the About menu)
  • A general description of the problem with the full text of the error message (if any)
  • The type of your computer and processor
  • The version of your Windows operating system
  • Any other information you consider useful
