Anchors are static elements that ABBYY FlexiCapture highlights on the image automatically. You can also highlight them manually.

Switch to the mode

Switch to static elements mode.

Select the object type

Select the anchor tool on the toolbar.

Mark the region

Use one of the following ways:
  • Place the cursor in one corner of the anchor, and then left-click and drag diagonally to the opposite corner.
  • Hold Shift and click in the anchor region.

Modify anchor properties

Highlight the anchor, right-click in the region, and then select Properties from the shortcut menu. Set the following options in the dialog box that opens.
