A task fails when the Processing Station handling it runs short of memory. The fix is to name specific high-RAM stations and let FlexiCapture route RAM-intensive tasks to them.

Route RAM-intensive tasks to high-memory stations

1

Add high-RAM Processing Stations

Add one or more Processing Stations with a large amount of RAM to your ABBYY FlexiCapture installation.
2

Name those stations in the registry

On the Application Server machine, open the registry key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\FlexiBr.In the StationsManagerBigMemoryStationNamesString field, list the stations you added, separating the names with semicolons.
A task that fails with Not Enough Memory now goes back to the Processing Server, which forwards it to one of the high-RAM Processing Stations.
