To apply a skill for documents or groups of documents, follow these steps:
  1. Click the button to the right of the document or group of documents for which you want to select a skill, and then click Select Skill on the pop-up menu. From the list of skills that appears, select a skill and click Select to confirm your choice.
  2. Select the documents or groups of documents for which you want to select a skill using the checkboxes on the left, and then either click the Select Skill button on the toolbar or the Select Skill for Document button in the Actions pane.
