Like the regular Verification Station, the Remote Verification Station verifies data, processes problem batches or documents, corrects assembly errors, applies data rules, and checks batches for integrity. The Remote Verification Station is for remote users who cannot access the local area network where the ABBYY FlexiCapture servers and other components are installed. Apply Document Definitions on the Remote Verification Station

On the Remote Verification Station, you can match Document Definitions to documents and pages:
  • To change a Document Definition for a document, right-click the document or one of its pages and then click Match Document Definition on the shortcut menu. The document is automatically re-recognized.
  • To mark a page as an annex page, right-click the page and then click Set Page as Annex on the shortcut menu.
  • To clear the recognition results for a document or page, right-click the document or page and then click Clear Analysis Results on the shortcut menu.

Documents not yet recognized on the server

The Rerecognize, Reanalyze, and Recheck Rules commands are available only for documents that have already been recognized on the server. When the station receives a document that has not been recognized:
  • You can still match a Document Definition to it, but the document is not re-recognized automatically.
  • The document is marked “for processing” and sent to the server for recognition, with its Document Definition name shown in the Sending Note column.
  • To use the three commands, send the document to the recognition stage first.
