Separate columns
Some columns can be separated from other fields with vertical separators. Create vertical separators that split columns on the “one field in one column” principle. When you hover over the enclosing rectangle, a plus sign appears; click it and select the column name from the list. The relevant fields are created in the column automatically. Some columns (for example, Description and Article) may share one column on the image. In that case, mark the fields by clicking them or highlighting their regions with the mouse pointer.
4
Create field regions
Create regions for the fields of the first item inside the column. As you create field regions for the following items, the program suggests fields based on the previous items.
