Data types for checkmark groups

Set the data type for a checkmark group on the Data tab of the field properties dialog box.

Option	Description
Allow empty selection	Require at least one checkmark in the group to be selected. If none is selected, FlexiCapture shows a warning.
Allow multiple selection	Allow more than one checkmark to be selected. If this option is disabled, FlexiCapture shows a warning when several are selected.
Treat validation error as warning	Treat any non-compliance with the constraints as a warning. Warnings do not prevent the Operator from sending documents to the next stage, but uncorrected format errors require an additional confirmation before sending.
Number of checkmarks in row	Specify how many checkmarks to show in each row during field verification, so they match the layout on the image. The default of 1 shows the checkmarks in a single column. Checkmarks that do not fit in one row carry over to the next line.
Export as number	Check that all checkmarks are numbers. If several are selected, the sum of their values can be exported. The value is available from scripts through the Value property of the IField interface.

To change the name of a checkmark, select its line and click Edit. In the dialog box that opens, provide a new name for the checkmark field and a new name to assign during export. You can define the values exported when no checkmark is selected and when more than one is selected. Select <No item selected> or <Multiple items...> from the list, click Edit, and specify the value in the Exported value field. If no export values are specified:

If no checkmark is selected, an empty string is exported.
If several are selected, the values of the selected checkmarks are exported, separated by commas. If Export as number is selected, the sum of the checkmark values is exported instead.
