When you encounter problems with the Vantage API, collect the following diagnostic information:
  1. Your email address used to generate an authorization token in the Vantage API.
  2. The sequence of HTTP requests with responses describing the scenario.
  3. If the problem happened during a transaction, the transaction ID of the unsuccessful transaction. Vantage returns this ID in response to the POST /api/publicapi/v1/transactions request. For more information, see step 2 at How to Process Documents Using the Vantage API.
  4. The document being processed (if you’re allowed to share it with ABBYY).
