When encountering problems with the Vantage API, collect the following diagnostic information:
  1. The user’s e-mail address that was used to generate an authorization token in the Vantage API.
  2. The sequence of HTTP requests with responses to describe the scenario.
  3. If the problem happened during a transaction, provide the transaction ID of the unsuccessful transaction. ABBYY Vantage will return this ID in response to the POST/api/publicapi/v1/transactions request. For more information about getting the transaction ID, see step 2 at How to Process Documents Using the Vantage API.
  4. The document that was being processed (if the user is allowed to disclose it to ABBYY).
