Data are exported automatically. If required, a separate export confirmation queue may be created by the Verification Operator. In this case, export is done after confirmation is obtained. Data are exported based on the settings provided in the Document Definition.
To export documents manually, select one of the items in the File → Export To menu:
  • Data to Files… to export the data to a file
  • Images to Files… to export the images to a file
  • Database… to export the document to a database
Change the default export settings if required and export the data.
