Data is exported automatically, based on the settings in the Document Definition. If required, the Verification Operator can create a separate export confirmation queue, in which case export runs after confirmation is obtained.To export documents manually, select one of the following items from the File → Export To menu:
  • Data to Files… to export the data to a file.
  • Images to Files… to export the images to a file.
  • Database… to export the document to a database.
Change the default export settings if required, and then export the data.For more information, see Export recognized data.
