Documents are usually recognized and analyzed, and Document Definitions applied, automatically. You can also start these operations manually on the Verification Station and the Project Setup Station.To recognize the images, select Recognition → Recognize from the main menu.To analyze the images, select Recognition → Analyze from the main menu. If a Document Definition matches a document, the page and its document take the corresponding names. If none of the Document Definitions in the project matches an image, the page is marked as unknown.You can also apply a particular Document Definition to a page or to the entire document. A correctly created Document Definition usually matches its pages automatically, but in some cases you may need to do this manually. To match a Document Definition, select the page or document, and then select Recognition → Match Document Definition… from the main menu.For more information, see Recognition.
