These tables record the history of changes made to a document while it was processed.

Relationships between the tables

Document	Contains information about the processed document.
DocumentProcessing	Contains information about each processing stage the document passed through.
DocumentPage	Contains information about the pages of the document.
DocumentSuspiciousField	Contains information about fields with low-confidence characters.
FieldChange	Contains information about changes made to document fields.
PageChange	Contains information about changes made to document pages.
DocumentRuleViolation	Contains information about business rule violations in the document.
