Duplicate a Process skill to customize it or create multiple copies. Duplicating a Process skill does not automatically duplicate the activities that it references. This means that if you duplicate a skill, several different Process skills will use the same referenced Classification and Document skills. Consider this if your Classification and Document skills are set up to be trained automatically using the verification results. The Classification and Document skills will be trained using the verification results for all duplicates of the Process skill. If you want the copy to use different Classification and Document skills, you must manually duplicate a Process skill. Use the following steps to duplicate the skill:
  1. Duplicate the appropriate Process skill.
  2. Duplicate all Document and Classification skills referenced by the Process skill that you duplicated in step 1.
  3. Edit the skill duplicates if required.
  4. Publish the skill duplicates. Note: Unpublished skills cannot be selected for editing.
  5. Edit the skill duplicate created in step 1. In the Skill Designer, complete the following steps:
    a. Click the appropriate workflow activity.
    b. Delete the Classification and Document skills by clicking the Delete icon to the right of the skill name in the Actions pane.
    c. In the drop-down list in the Actions pane, select the skill duplicates created in step 4.
    d. Repeat steps a through c for all appropriate Process skill activities.
