How rule errors are flagged
Unfulfilled rules and format errors affecting one field are flagged with a yellow flag icon
(warning) or a red flag icon 
(error).
Warnings and errors generated by rules that affect several fields are flagged with the 
and 
icons respectively.
Rule errors also appear in a separate window of the document editor, where documents with violated rules are marked with red flags.
Correct flagged data
When a rule is violated, the Operator checks the quality of data recognition.- If it is a recognition error, correct it.
- If it is a form-filling error that cannot be corrected, do not export the document.
