Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further.

After scanning, you can clean up page images before exporting them — cropping, deskewing, denoising, adjusting contrast, and so on. This stage matters most when you’re working with mobile photos or scans that have complex backgrounds (for example, passports or certificates). Better inputs here mean better recognition and extraction downstream in Vantage.

Edit one page

Use the Image Editing toolbar to fix a single page by hand.

Edit many pages automatically

Use a Processing profile to apply a saved sequence of edits to every page in a flow.

Image Editing toolbar

The Image Editing toolbar sits above the Image window and provides tools for editing pages manually. To display it, select View > Toolbars > Image Editing. For the full list of tools, see One-time editing actions.

Processing Profiles window

The Processing Profiles window lets an Operator define a sequence of editing actions. Each profile applies its actions to pages in order, from the first action in the profile to the last. To open the Processing Profiles window, do one of the following:
  • Click Show Processing Profiles on the Image Editing toolbar.
  • Select View > Show Processing Profiles.
For details on building and running profiles, see Processing profiles.
