Registration parameters are text properties that identify a batch or document. Common examples: the date a document was scanned, or the operator who scanned it. You need to enter registration parameters manually before exporting a batch. You can enter registration parameters in two places:
  • In the Registration Parameters window.
  • On the Registration Parameters tab of a batch’s or document’s properties dialog box — right-click the batch or document and choose Properties….
Registration parameters marked with an asterisk (*) are required. A batch can’t be exported until every required field has a value — this is enforced by the batch integrity check.
