Registration parameters are text properties that can be used to identify specific batches or documents, such as the date a document was scanned or the last name of the scanning Operator that created the scan. You will need to manually specify registration parameters in before exporting a batch. There are two places where you can do this:
  • in the Registration Parameters pane;
  • on the Registration Parameters tab of the properties dialog box of a batch or document (right-click the batch or document and click Properties… on the shortcut menu).
Registration parameters marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You will not be able to export a batch until the values of all required fields have been specified.
