Registration parameters are text properties that identify specific batches or documents, such as the date a document was scanned or the last name of the Operator who created the scan.
Specify registration parameters manually before you export a batch.
You can do this in two places:
- In the Registration Parameters window.
- On the Registration Parameters tab of the batch or document properties dialog box. To open it, right-click the batch or document and click Properties….
Registration parameters marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You cannot export a batch until all required fields have values.
