After scanning is finished and the images are separated into documents and batches, you can save the batches to a local folder or an FTP folder, send them to FlexiCapture, or export them with a script. When you export to a local folder or an FTP folder, the Scanning Station creates an XML description file with information about the batch: its name, type, registration parameters, and documents. You can later import this file into FlexiCapture.

Each export scenario has its own options. To set up export options, select File → Sending Options… and click the tab for the scenario you need: You can also set export options for each batch type. To set up background export options, use the Sending Tasks tab of the Options dialog box.
