The Batch Properties dialog box displays the properties of the selected batch.

Open the Batch Properties dialog box

To open the dialog box, do one of the following:
  • Right-click the batch and select Properties from the shortcut menu.
  • Select Page → Properties….
  • Press Alt+Enter.

General tab

Displays the general properties of the selected batch:
  • Name
  • Priority
  • Type
  • Number of documents and pages in the batch
  • Export destination
  • Export time (for exported batches)
You can change the batch’s name, priority, and type.

Change the batch type

Open the Select Batch Type dialog box

Click the Change… button.

Choose a batch type

In the Select Batch Type dialog box, select one of the available batch types and click OK.

Interrupted Sending Tasks tab

Displays the properties of the interrupted export tasks:
  • Destination — The destination of the task.
  • Time — The time when the task started.
  • Progress — The task progress.
  • Reason — Why the task was interrupted.
To resume or remove an interrupted task, click Resume or Remove.

Registration Parameters tab

Displays the registration parameters of the selected batch:
  • Name — Required registration parameters are marked with an asterisk (*). You cannot send the batch until the required registration parameters are configured.
  • Value — Enter the values of the registration parameters in this column.
  • Comment — Can contain useful information about the registration parameter.
