The ABBYY FlexiCapture Connector for Laserfiche supports:
- ABBYY FlexiCapture 12
- Laserfiche Avante/Rio 10.2
ABBYY FlexiCapture 11 requires a special version of the connector.
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher
- Laserfiche SDK 10.2 Runtime
Standalone and Distributed licenses both allow you to load files from ABBYY FlexiCapture into Laserfiche. Submitting files for processing via ABBYY FlexiCapture requires a Distributed license.
Text recognition and export format
ABBYY FlexiCapture performs high-quality full-text OCR, document classification, and field detection and extraction, and exports document image files into searchable PDFs.TIF files have no text layer, so if you need documents exported as TIF, text recognition happens on the Laserfiche side. To enable full-text recognition by Laserfiche, install the Laserfiche OCR with OmniPage component on the Laserfiche server.
