Export connector errors
These errors can occur when exporting documents from ABBYY FlexiCapture to Laserfiche. They are recorded in the ABBYY FlexiCapture Processing Server Monitor log, and in the Event Log on the Processing Monitor tab of the Administration and Monitoring Console.Could not load Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess
A read-only session is not permitted
- The Laserfiche user exporting the documents has the Only allow read-only access property enabled. To remove the restriction, follow the steps in Parameters for connecting to the Laserfiche server.
- The server-side Laserfiche license does not allow actions other than read, for example a Retrieval license. Check that your license type allows the action. Your license information appears in the Laserfiche Administration Console when you select a Laserfiche server.

Laserfiche activity errors
These errors can occur when exporting documents from Laserfiche to ABBYY FlexiCapture for processing. They are recorded on the Messages tab of the Laserfiche Workflow Designer log when you launch a workflow.The connected party did not respond
- The machines running Laserfiche have permission to send requests to the machine running the ABBYY FlexiCapture Application Server, including its ports. By default the Application Server uses port 80 for HTTP and port 443 for HTTPS.
- Access to the Application Server is set up for the protocol specified in the Server URL field, and that field is correct.
