The following components must be installed prior to installing the LASERFICHE:
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 for the LASERFICHE Windows service
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 for the FC 11 export scripts
  • Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 or later
  • Laserfiche SDK 10 Runtime
When the installation completes, open services.msc and make sure the LASERFICHE is running. To be able to install the LASERFICHE, you must have Windows administrator privileges. To install the Connector, run the ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Connector for Laserfiche.exe and follow the instructions of the setup wizard.
You can uninstall the Connector just like any other software by using the Windows Control Panel. Click Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features, select LASERFICHE, and click Uninstall.
