The ABBYY FlexiCapture Connector for WinActor can typically be used in the following scenarios:
  1. ABBYY FlexiCapture as a service: WinActor Office Robot sends documents to FC for processing. Once processing is finished, WinActor Office Robot downloads the processing results as data files in XML, CSV, XLS, TXT or DBF format. The output format is specified in the export profile of the respective FC project.
  1. ABBYY FlexiCapture as a service with verification: WinActor Office Robot sends documents to FC for processing. If the documents need to be verified, WinActor Office Robot receives a verification URL for an FC Web Verification Station. Then, the user verifies the documents and completes the task. Once processing is finished, WinActor Office Robot downloads the processing results as data files in XML, CSV, XLS, TXT or DBF format.
