Start the state change

In the M-Files client, move the file to the document vault you need, right-click it, and click Workflow → Change State.

Select the workflow and transition

Specify a workflow and state transition, and then click OK.
The script sends a batch to ABBYY FlexiCapture with predefined registration parameters assigned to it.

You can use the values of these registration parameters to update the original M-Files document. For more information about using tags, see M-Files export settings and field mapping reference. For more information about registration parameters, see Registration parameters.

What happens after the file arrives

When ABBYY FlexiCapture receives the file, processing begins. The file goes first to the verification stage, if verification is set up, and then to the export stage. At the export stage, ABBYY FlexiCapture adds the captured fields to the document and sends the document back to M-Files.
