The ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 VBO uses this profile to receive image files and extracted field data. The profile applies to documents that have not gone through the verification stage.

Create the profile

Open the project

Open the ABBYY FlexiCapture Project Setup Station and open the project.

Open the Document Definition

  1. Click Project → Document Definitions to open the list of Document Definitions available for the project.
  2. Select the Document Definition you want to specify new export settings for.
  3. Click Edit.

Start the export profile wizard

  1. Click Document Definition → Export Settings, and then click the Export Destinations tab.
  2. Click Add.

Select the destination type

On the Select the Type of Destination step, select Export to data files from the Type drop-down list, select the Save document images option, and then click Next.

Set the export path

On the Export Data to Files step, make sure the Export path field is empty, and then click Next.

Select the data file format

On the Data File Format step, select XML Document (*.xml) in the File type field, and then click Next.

Set the image export options

  1. On the Export Images to Files step, select Save images with data and click Next.
  2. On the Image File Format step, select the image file format options and click Next.

Name the export profile

Provide a name for the new export profile, and then click Finish.

Enable the export profile

In the Export Settings dialog box, select the Enabled box for the new export profile.

Clear the export root path

Open Project → Project Properties and make sure that Export root path on the General tab is empty. An empty path is what makes the export profile send data to Blue Prism.
